What your workshop has proven
Every repair your team marks as a confirmed fix becomes a pattern. Recurring ones are the fastest route to a diagnosis on the next vehicle — and the engine already cites them as supporting evidence.
Technical documentation
Private, per-organisation storage. Uploads need a recorded authorization
confirmation, and a human approves each document before diagnosis and training may use
it. Processing runs: uploaded → parsing → indexing → indexed
For complete visual approval, upload PDF exports of PPTX, DOCX, XLSX/XLSM and visually meaningful HTML/Markdown sources. Their original text is indexed, but unrendered layout or linked visuals are never silently treated as complete.

Learn from or build workshop-ready lessons that make coolant, energy and signal paths easy to understand. Every technical claim remains traceable to the uploaded manual, and only reviewed lessons reach technicians.

Deletion: manuals can be archived or withdrawn above, which stops them being used and destroys nothing. An owner or admin can also Delete a manual outright — the uploaded file and its index are removed and the storage is freed, so the same document can be re-uploaded. Deletion asks you to retype the title, is recorded in the audit log, and is refused while a past diagnosis or report still cites the manual (archive it instead, so that evidence stays verifiable). Nothing is silently deleted.
Full organisation deletion is handled with support, so retention and audit duties are honoured: privacy@ohmix.eu
